Standard shipping GLS within Germany: €7.90.
Delivery within 4-6 business days.

From a goods value of 69.90 we deliver free of charge. (within Germany)

Please note that we do not deliver to packing stations!

We are also happy to deliver our items to other countries, provided that this is possible under customs law. The amount of the shipping costs incurred can be found in your order confirmation or your prepayment order overview. Customs costs, taxes and fees are charged by the respective parcel service provider to the goods recipient.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Additional charges for customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery of your order are non-refundable.

Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returns must be sent to the address below. To track the delivery of your return package to our warehouse, we recommend that you use the tracking number on the original return receipt.

Refunds can only be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

The return costs are to be borne by the buyer.
